Monkey Bread.
Fun to eat!
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F
Grease a bundt pan
Mix white sugar and cinnamon together
Cut biscuits in halves or quarters
Roll the cut biscuits into the sugar cinnamon mixture to cover all sides.
Randomly place sugar covered biscuits into bundt pan
Sprinkle remaining sugar and cinnamon over biscuits.
Melt the butter and brown sugar. Bring to a boil, stir and pour over biscuits.
Bake for 30 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes in pan.
Turn out upside down onto serving plate.
Pull off pieces to eat and enjoy!
Ingredients:
3 (8 oz.) packages of refrigerated biscuits (homestyle or buttermilk)
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick unsalted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
