Grandma’s Cream Cheese Cookies.

Jam filled delights.

Directions:

Blend cheese, butter and flour. Chill for 4-5 hours.

Roll, cut into rounds. Add 1 tsp. jam in each cookie off center.

Wet the edges, fold and press.

Bake at 375F for 10-15 minutes.

Makes 4 dozen cookies.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb. cream cheese

  • 1/2 lb. butter

  • 2 cups flour

  • Apricot Preserves (or any other flavor)
